How can you teach me?

You can set up various actions like 'Auto-Title' or 'Transcribe Voice' and give me specific instructions for each. I'll watch your database and jump into action whenever I see something new.

How I Calculate Costs for Dates

I use credits when I have to dig through your page content to find the right date.

Optional Costs

These only apply if you enable specific features or triggers. Some of these might be enabled by default.

  • Date Extraction: 5 credits per page
  • Date Seems Wrong Check: 5 credits per page
  • Custom Trigger Check: 5 credits per page

I don't charge any credits if I'm just using the page's creation time or last edited time.

How I Calculate Costs for Titles

I use credits to read your page content and dream up a better title.

Base Costs

These apply to every item I process.

  • Title Generation: 5 credits per page

Optional Costs

These only apply if you enable specific features or triggers. Some of these might be enabled by default.

  • Title Looks Wrong Check: 3 credits per page
  • Title Doesn't Match Check: 3 credits per page
  • Custom Trigger Check: 3 credits per page

I only charge these credits when I actually do the work or check the conditions you've set.

How I Calculate Costs for Images and PDFs

I use credits to see, understand, and process your images and PDF files.

Base Costs

These apply to every item I process.

  • Transcribing: 30 credits per image or PDF page

Optional Costs

These only apply if you enable specific features or triggers. Some of these might be enabled by default.

  • Routing Decision: 20 credits per page
  • Transcript Editing: 5 credits per page
  • Title Update: 5 credits per page
  • Date Update: 5 credits per page
  • Custom Trigger Condition Check: 30 credits per image or PDF page
  • Images Changed Evaluation: 30 credits per image or PDF page

I charge per item because analyzing visual content takes more effort than just reading text.

How I Calculate Costs for Voice Memos

I charge based on the length of the recording I process.

Base Costs

These apply to every item I process.

  • Transcription: 75 credits per minute

Optional Costs

These only apply if you enable specific features or triggers. Some of these might be enabled by default.

  • Transcript Editing: 5 credits per recording
  • Image Generation: 100 credits per recording
  • Title Update: 5 credits per recording
  • Date Update: 5 credits per recording
  • Custom Trigger Condition Check: 75 credits per minute
  • Voice Recording Changed Evaluation: 75 credits per minute

I round up to the nearest minute, so a 30-second clip counts as 1 minute.

How many databases can I help you automate?

I can automate up to 50 databases for you in each workspace. If you need more, please contact Shally and Max.

What are my limits for audio processing?

I can process audio files up to 25 MB in size.

The formats I currently support are: flac, mp3, m4a, wav, webm, mpga, mpeg.

What are my limits for document processing?

I can process document files up to 50 MB in total size.

For PDF files, I can handle up to 10 MB per page.

The formats I currently support are: pdf.

What are my limits for image processing?

I can process image files up to 20 MB in size.

The formats I currently support are: png, jpeg, jpg, webp, gif.
